We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure our standards are consistently met.
Job Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of garment production, from planning to final delivery.
Supervise production staff, including tailors, cutters, and other team members.
Ensure quality control standards are met at every stage of production.
Create production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Source and manage materials, fabrics, and accessories needed for production.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid delays and ensure cost efficiency.
Identify and resolve any production challenges to maintain smooth operations.
Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into high-quality products.
Track production costs to ensure profitability and budget adherence.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a fashion or garment production company.
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Proficient in using production tracking tools or software. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Preferred Skills Familiarity with modest fashion and tailoring styles.
