As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Production Manager to support our production operations and help ensure the smooth running of our garment manufacturing processes.
Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in overseeing day-to-day production activities.
• Supervise production team members, including tailors, cutters, and finishers, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor progress on production schedules and report any delays or issues to the Production Manager.
• Conduct quality checks on garments at various production stages to ensure adherence to standards.
• Ensure that all materials, fabrics, and tools are available for production processes.
• Help maintain inventory records and coordinate with the procurement team for restocking.
• Address minor production challenges and escalate unresolved issues to the Production Manager.
• Ensure the work environment is organized, safe, and conducive to productivity.

Maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
Requirements
Experience in garment production or a related field.
Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, including cutting, sewing, and finishing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team and under the supervision of the Production Manager.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Preferred Skills Familiarity with modest fashion styles and trends. Proficiency in using production management tools or software. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
