About Us:
Zain Stores Garment Factory specializes in producing high-quality garments, including uniforms, T-shirts, polos, joggers, hoodies, and branding services. We are seeking energetic and persuasive Field Sales Representatives to promote our products, establish partnerships with boutiques, and contribute to our sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Boutique Outreach:
Visit boutiques to showcase product samples, present wholesale deals, and discuss potential partnerships.
Actively engage boutique owners to build long-term business relationships.
Brand Representation:
Serve as the face of Zain Stores Garment Factory, representing the brand professionally and confidently during client interactions.
Market Feedback:
Gather and document market feedback, including boutique owner preferences, trends, and challenges.
Report insights to the sales team to inform product development and strategy.
Sales Execution:
Negotiate pricing and terms to close wholesale deals.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
Follow-Up:
Ensure proper follow-ups with boutique owners to maintain relationships and address any concerns.
Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Previous experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with Lagos’s boutique market and fashion industry is an advantage.
Willingness to travel within Lagos for client visits.
