About Us:
Zain Stores Garment Factory specializes in manufacturing high-quality garments, including uniforms, T-shirts, polos, joggers, hoodies, and branding services. We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our client base, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Outreach:
Visit companies, schools, and organizations to introduce our products and services.
Distribute and present professional proposals tailored to client needs.
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients and create a pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
Conduct market research to identify trends and target prospects.

Follow-Up Coordination:
Schedule and follow up on client meetings to ensure consistent communication.
Maintain and update a client database with contact details and meeting notes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Sales and Business Development Manager to execute sales strategies.
Provide feedback on client needs and market demands to align production with sales efforts.
Reporting:
Prepare weekly progress reports on client engagement and lead generation activities.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and travel within Lagos for client visits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks.
