This role is your opportunity to lead the Cardiovascular & Theatres Department in a world-class institution that’s set to impact over 350,000 patients in its first five years.
What You’ll Do
As the Business Manager – Cardiovascular & Theatres, you’ll:
- Lead daily operations, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
- Manage budgets, implement cost-effective solutions, and foster innovation.
- Drive strategic planning to optimise patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team.
- Advocate for patient-centered care, enhancing quality and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including King’s College Hospital London, to uphold excellence.
- Experience: 5+ years in healthcare management, particularly in cardiovascular or surgical services.
- Skills: Strong leadership, budget management, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
