As the Lead Pathologist, you will:
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all diagnostic pathology services.
- Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of pathologists and laboratory staff.
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop comprehensive patient care plans.
- Implement innovative diagnostic protocols to improve outcomes.
- Drive research, quality assurance, and continuous professional development within your department.
- Represent pathology services within the broader healthcare system.
We seek a seasoned professional with:
- Qualifications: Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent), board certification, and eligibility for Nigerian Medical Council registration.
- Experience: 7+ years in diagnostic pathology, including expertise in histopathology, cytopathology, and molecular pathology.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams.
- Commitment to Excellence: A passion for improving diagnostic outcomes through innovation and collaboration.
- Adaptability: Willingness to embrace a new culture and environment.
