We are seeking a visionary Lead Consultant in Electrophysiology to deliver world-class care, drive innovation, and mentor the next generation of cardiac specialists.

What You’ll Do
As the Lead Consultant in Electrophysiology, you’ll:

• Lead Innovation: Deliver advanced procedures like catheter ablations, device implantations, and lead extractions.
• Inspire Excellence: Oversee a multidisciplinary team of cardiologists, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Shape the Future: Develop clinical protocols, participate in cutting-edge research, and mentor junior staff.
• Drive Community Impact: Champion awareness campaigns to promote heart health and early intervention for arrhythmias.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:

• Medical degree with fellowship training in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Minimum of 5 years as a consultant electrophysiologist.

Experience:

• Expertise in advanced procedures and technologies, such as 3D mapping systems.
• Proven leadership in a clinical setting and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Skills:

• Inspirational leadership and exceptional communication skills.
• Commitment to quality care, innovation, and patient-centered outcomes.

Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare systems in Nigeria or West Africa.
