We are seeking the service of an experienced office assistant to oversee and assist in the daily activities of the company at our Garki office. The officer will be responsible for performing administrative duties, assisting clients, and other tasks that may be assigned.
Our ideal candidate should have a talent for multitasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills while being presentable and friendly.
Requirements:
· B. Sc or relevant qualifications.
· 1-2 years post-NYSC experience in a similar role
· Excellent written and verbal communication kills
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
· Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
· Professional and pleasant telephone etiquette
