Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create user-centric designs and translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
• Design and optimize user flows, information architecture, and interaction models for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all design deliverables.
• Design marketing materials such as emails, flyers, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and helping them grow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably working on web and mobile applications.
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UI/UX design projects.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying data-driven insights to design decisions.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
