Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
About Us
Zain Stores operates a boutique, a garment factory, and a logistics business, with a vision to expand operations while maintaining financial efficiency. We are seeking a Business Operations and Growth Manager to oversee inventory, budget management, and growth strategy, ensuring we meet our present and future business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory and Resource Management:
Monitor and manage all goods, including raw materials and finished products, across all businesses.
Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Work with department managers to implement efficient inventory systems.
Budget Planning and Oversight:
Develop budgets for each business line and ensure adherence to financial targets.
Analyze expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
Strategic Growth and Expansion:
Set realistic expansion targets for each business, including market share, revenue, and operational capacity.
Identify opportunities to grow market presence and increase customer base.
Research new markets and develop plans for geographical or product expansion.
Funding and Investor Relations:
Research and apply for funding opportunities, including grants and loans.
Prepare proposals and pitch decks for potential investors. Maintain relationships with current and prospective investors.
Process Improvement and Reporting:
Continuously evaluate business processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
Develop and implement KPIs to measure business performance.
Provide detailed weekly reports on operations, budget performance, and growth progress.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in operations, financial planning, or business growth roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. proficiency in budgeting and financial software (e.g., Excel, Quick Books). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of inventory management and funding processes is a plus.
