About the Role
As the Radiology Manager, you will oversee the clinical, operational, and administrative functions of the radiology department. From managing a talented team of radiographers to ensuring high-quality imaging services, your leadership will directly impact patient outcomes. What You’ll Do

• Lead and Manage: Supervise radiology staff, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
• Strategic Planning: Drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative strategies and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
• Patient-Centred Care: Ensure imaging services are delivered with the utmost professionalism, prioritising patient safety and comfort.
• Budget Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, monitor spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Radiography or a related field (professional registration required).
• Experience: 5-7 years in radiology, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Knowledge of Nigerian regulatory standards is a plus.
