We are seeking a dynamic Onsite Content Creator and Social Media Manager to manage the online presence of these three businesses while working onsite to capture real-time content and collaborate with team members.
Job Responsibilities
Develop tailored content strategies for each business in alignment with their individual brand identity and goals.
Create high-quality photos, videos, and graphics onsite at the boutique, garment factory, and logistics operations.
Manage and grow the social media accounts for the three businesses across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
Capture behind-the-scenes footage, product launches, customer interactions, and daily operations for engaging content.
Write compelling captions and content that resonate with each target audience.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and giveaways to drive engagement and sales.
Monitor social media performance metrics and report insights for optimization.
Collaborate with business managers to understand key objectives and incorporate them into content.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain relevance.
Requirements Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager, preferably in fashion, manufacturing, or logistics. Ability to create and edit videos, photos, and graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Cap Cut. Excellent storytelling and writing skills tailored to different audiences. Hands-on experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.). A creative eye for capturing visually appealing content onsite. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple brands. A passion for creating engaging and authentic content. Willingness to work onsite and travel between business locations in Lagos.

Pay: ₦80,000.00 - ₦100,000.00 per month
