Role Overview:
Infradreams Limited is seeking for an experienced Legal Consultant / Corporate Lawyer to provide proactive consultancy and guidance on corporate and regulatory matters.
Employment type:
The Lawyer shall start on a part-time contract based agreement, with an intention to expand it to a full time hire.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal consultancy on corporate governance, compliance, and business permit regulations for different sectors, new ventures, and contractual matters.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents for compliance.
• Represent the company in interactions with regulatory bodies such as CAC, NIPC, and others.
• Offer strategic solutions for mitigating risks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B); BL certification and membership with the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) are mandatory.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate and regulatory compliance law in Nigeria.
• Proven expertise in CAC regulations, NIPC requirements, corporate governance and subsidiarisation processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical legal advice tailored to business needs.
• Experience working with foreign companies or companies that are partly owned by a foreign entity is an added advantage.
