Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Stadium Road, Port Harcourt
Business: Beauty Salon
Salary: 150,000 -170,000
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
The Business Manager will oversee all aspects of the business operations, including retail management, spa service coordination, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction.
Duties / Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
Oversee daily operations of the boutique and spa, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Manage financials, including budgeting, expense tracking, and profit analysis.
Lead, mentor, and supervise the team, including spa therapists, sales associates, and administrative staff.
Ensure that spa and boutique services are aligned with brand standards and quality expectations.
Coordinate with marketing to promote new products, spa treatments, and seasonal promotions.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors for product supply and negotiate contracts as needed.
Address customer feedback and complaints to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Oversee appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal utilization of staff and resources.
Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Prepare reports and presentations on business performance for the managing director.

Requirements / Skill

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar leadership role in a boutique, spa, or wellness setting.
Strong financial management and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with spa scheduling software and retail POS systems.
Knowledge of the beauty, spa, and wellness industry trends and customer expectations.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦170,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Port Harcourt: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
