Zain Stores is a growing business with a mission to demonstrate that modesty and elegance can coexist in fashion. We operate a boutique, a garment factory for wholesale manufacturing, and a logistics business. We are seeking a Digital Marketer & Content Creator to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement online marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
Content Creation:
Create high-quality photos, videos, and written content for social media, website, and campaigns.
Document and share behind-the-scenes activities, including garment production, logistics operations, and boutique updates.
Social Media Management:
Plan and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok.
Respond to comments and messages, engaging with the online community.
Campaigns and Advertising:
Run social media and Google Ads campaigns to attract and convert customers.
Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve ROI goals.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track performance.
Provide weekly updates on key metrics and suggest areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the boutique and garment factory teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Coordinate with photographers, designers, or other creative professionals as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation, preferably for fashion or e-commerce.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Basic photography and videography skills.
Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
