Salary: £22 per hour + Paid Breaks + £500 Welcome Bonus

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Unit Lead Nurse to oversee the care of our residents, ensuring they receive the highest standard of support in a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the nursing team to provide person-centered, high-quality care.
- Oversee and administer medication, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Carry out comprehensive care assessments and develop personalized care plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing and care staff, fostering a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
- Effectively manage emergencies and provide clinical expertise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care documentation.
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC Pin.
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior nursing role, preferably in a care home setting.
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- A compassionate, professional approach to delivering care.
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts as required.
