Waterfield's is a well-established Northwest based family-owned quality baker with 36 shops across the Northwest, we believe that all members of staff have a valuable contribution to make to our business. Could you be the right person to join our retail management team, this position will be based in our Peasley Cross shop.
As a Waterfield's Retail Senior Sales Assistant, you are required to work alongside the Retail Manager in the day-to-day management of the team, to maximise sales through effective stock ordering, merchandising and customer service standards with the ability to lead and motivate your team.
A working knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation is desirable, this role will particularly appeal to an ambitious retail assistant looking for the first step into retail management, full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:

• Full operational responsibilities for managing the shop in the absence of the retail manager.
• Driving sales through product availability.
• Delivery of exceptional customer service.
• To ensure compliance with health & safety and health & safety legislation.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• 30 hours over 4 days per week
