Retail Support Coordinator

In 2024, we started opening our own physical bricks and mortar stores and as we are growing rapidly, we now have an amazing opportunity for someone equally as amazing to join our growing team as a Retail Support Coordinator!
What you'll be doing:
Head Office Support

• Ensuring that internal and external stakeholders are supported with their queries, ensuring they are answered and / or rectified as smoothly and as quickly as possible
• Liaising with the People team, Health and Safety, Customer Services, Warehouse, IT and other teams on behalf of retail employees when required
• Collating reports for the retail management team on a weekly and monthly basis
• Assisting the Retail Director, Head of Retail and Head of Retail Operations with ad-hoc tasks and projects
• Coordinate and book travel requirements for Central Retail Team
• Support with diary management and meeting coordination of Central Retail Team
• Store Maintenance and Facilities coordination

Communication

• Ensure all relevant communications are cascaded to all retail employees
• Build and maintain successful inter-departmental relationships across different companies and within the business
• Keep all stakeholders informed on dates relating to new store opening and retail calendar dates and events

General

• Have a thorough understanding of all systems, processes and procedures to support stores fully and be their first line of support
• Plan conferences and organise travel and accommodation arrangements when needed
• Produce a bi-weekly newsletter
• Collate information for weekly and monthly reports
• Maintain and manage the Retail Support calendar and email inbox
• May be required from time to time to visit stores

• Highly organised, and efficient with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Tenacious and sees tasks through to completion
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic team player and ability to work with other colleagues in a dynamic and fast paced, growing business
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at the same time
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• At least 1-2 years experience in a similar role essential
