Job Title: Production Operative

Pay : £11.44 rising to £12.83 per hour with shift allowance
Working Hours:
You need to be flexible as the company develop their manufacturing process.

• 6am-2pm , 2pm-10pm and 10pm -6am Monday to Friday (breaks included).

Position Overview:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the companies production lines. You will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the production process, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Perform quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and performing basic maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and goals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility with working hours, including the ability to work weekends if required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Must be computer literate
