We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team on a full-time night shift basis.
Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
• Administering medications and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Monitoring and assessing residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Responding promptly to emergencies and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
• Supervising and supporting care staff to ensure consistent and effective delivery of care.
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home or residential setting.
• Strong clinical and organizational skills.
• A caring and compassionate approach to nursing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Shift Details:

• Full-time nights. Flexibility to meet the needs of the residents is essential.
