Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies for a B2B Saa S company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech industry, proven experience in the Kuwait market, and expertise in developing and managing marketing campaigns for software solutions and B2B services. The role requires a dynamic leader with strong analytical, communication, and strategic skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Saa S products and B2B services.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Campaign Management:
• Design and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Content and Branding:
• Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and promotional materials.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies to increase online visibility and lead generation.
• Leverage analytics tools to measure and improve digital marketing effectiveness.
• Sales Enablement:
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and presentations that support the sales process.
• Provide insights into market demands and customer needs to drive product development and sales strategies.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to meet departmental objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
• Event and Partner Marketing:
• Plan and execute B2B events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in the Kuwait market, preferably in the tech or Saa S industry.
• Proven track record in B2B marketing and driving measurable results.
• Skills:
• Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot, SEMrush).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to make informed decisions.
• Creativity and innovation in developing marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Kuwait’s tech ecosystem and key players.
• Experience in managing regional marketing campaigns across GCC countries.
• Certification in digital marketing or Saa S marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Hub Spot Inbound Marketing).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: KD700.000 - KD1,500.000 per month
