Position Title: HR Manager
Location: Kuwait
Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Arabic

Job Summary
The HR Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws. The role focuses on strategic HR initiatives, problem-solving, and fostering a positive workplace culture in companies with over 50 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy and Operations:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
- Legal Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure adherence to Kuwaiti labor laws and regulations.
- Draft, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- Develop employee retention strategies to maintain workforce stability.
- Performance Management and Development:
- Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate and enhance employee productivity.
- Design and oversee training programs for professional growth.
- Conflict Resolution:
- Act as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts and address employee grievances effectively.
- Conduct investigations and recommend solutions for disputes.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide guidance and leadership to HR staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.
- Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Develop initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Organize team-building activities to enhance employee morale.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of managerial HR experience in companies with 50+ employees.
- In-depth knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: KD700.000 - KD2,000.000 per month
Education:
- Master's (Preferred)
- Human Resources Manament: 2 years (Required)
- HR: 7 years (Required)
- F&B: 2 years (Required)
