Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to independently manage and run our workshop department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and the ability to lead a team efficiently. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
Your Responsibilities

• Department Management:
• Oversee all operations of the workshop, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
• Manage a team of workers, assign tasks, and ensure productivity.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair schedules.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, train, and develop workshop staff to improve skills and efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and address any issues or concerns.
• Quality Control & Safety:
• Ensure all workshop activities meet quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to protect the team and equipment.
• Budget and Resource Management:
• Manage the workshop budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
• Control costs while maintaining high work quality.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Report regularly to senior management on workshop performance.
• Ensure clear communication within the team and with other departments.

What You Need

• Previous experience in a similar senior role in workshop management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
• Knowledge of workshop equipment, tools, and machinery.
