Position Title: Personnel Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Personnel Manager to handle all administrative and personnel-related processes within our Food and Beverage company. The ideal candidate will focus on managing employee documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and maintaining smooth operations in employee relations. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential, as well as significant experience in handling workforce administration for organizations with over 50 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Documentation and Records:
  • Oversee and maintain employee files, including contracts, hiring documents, and resignation paperwork.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate renewal of work permits, residencies, and health certifications.
  • Manage the proper onboarding process, ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
  • Insurance Administration:
  • Handle employee medical insurance registrations, renewals, and claims.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure all employees are adequately covered.
  • Address employee queries related to insurance policies and coverage.
  • Compliance and Legal Obligations:
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare necessary reports for governmental labor and social security departments.
  • Handle disciplinary actions in compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.
  • Employee Disputes and Conflict Resolution:
  • Act as the point of contact for resolving employee disputes and workplace conflicts.
  • Investigate grievances and implement fair solutions to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with management to improve workplace relations.
  • Payroll Support and Attendance Tracking:
  • Support payroll processes by verifying attendance records and leave balances.
  • Maintain and update employee attendance and vacation tracking systems.
  • Ensure accurate deductions for absences, penalties, or loans.
  • Exit and Separation Management:
  • Process employee resignations and terminations, ensuring proper final settlements.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management for improvement.
  • General Administrative Tasks:
  • Supervise the preparation of company letters such as salary certificates and employment confirmations.
  • Handle interdepartmental communication regarding personnel processes.
  • Support HR audits by ensuring all employee records are organized and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on personnel management and administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • In-depth knowledge of Kuwaiti labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: KD400.000 - KD1,000.000 per month
