Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum five years in e Commerce, digital marketing, or online retail, with fashion industry experience being a plus.
• Hands-on experience with e Commerce platforms, with Shopify proficiency as a requirement.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation software; basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UX principles is advantageous.
• A creative mindset with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights and drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Set KPIs for online performance, revenue targets, and customer acquisition goals.
• Ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and optimised for SEO.
• Work on UI/UX improvements to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Oversee content management, product descriptions, and visual assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns (email, social media, paid ads).
• Manage promotions, discounts, and sales strategies to drive conversions.
• Optimise product listings and recommendations based on customer behaviour.
• Evaluate and integrate e Commerce platforms and tools that enhance operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues or coordinate with IT teams to resolve them.
• Stay updated on new e Commerce technologies and best practices.
• Track metrics like sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer insights.
• Use analytics tools to assess campaigns and website changes.
• Report findings to senior management and suggest actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for seamless product fulfillment.
• Address customer feedback, handling complaints, returns, and other inquiries.
