Dreams Studio Bali is a professional photography business specializing in capturing unforgettable vacation moments for couples, families, and individuals at our 5-star hotel partners. We’re seeking a passionate Social Media & Content Manager to elevate our Meta (Instagram & Facebook) and Tik Tok presence to the next level.
Role Overview:
As our Social Media & Content Manager, you will take the lead in planning, creating, and managing content that reflects Dreams Studio Bali’s brand identity. You’ll collaborate closely with our photographers, videographers, and clients to develop engaging content and testimonials that showcase the magic of what we do. You will also be responsible for managing all client inquiries received through social media platforms and email. This is a full-time, in-house position based in Nusa Dua, but you’ll also work across different locations in Nusa Dua and Seminyak with our partner hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Plan, create, and manage engaging content for Meta and Tik Tok, including posts, stories, and videos.
•⁠ ⁠Edit videos using tools like Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
•⁠ ⁠Respond to inquiries via Meta, Tik Tok, and email, converting leads into bookings.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with our team of photographers & videographers, and also clients to organize testimonials and create diverse content.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
•⁠ ⁠Track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
Requirements:
•⁠ ⁠Must be an Indonesian citizen fluent in English.
•⁠ ⁠2–3 years of experience in social media management, ideally in photography, lifestyle, or travel industries.
•⁠ ⁠Proficient in creating and editing short-form video content.
•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of Meta, Tik Tok, and analytics tools.
•⁠ ⁠Friendly, approachable, and confident in client communication.
•⁠ ⁠Willing to work in our Nusa Dua office and travel to Nusa Dua and Seminyak locations.
