- E-commerce Platform Management:
- Manage the company's stores on major Indonesian e-commerce platforms (such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Regularly analyze sales data and user behavior to optimize products and operation strategies.
- Market Analysis and Research:
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors and market trends, and develop corresponding operation strategies.
- Event Planning and Execution:
- Plan and execute various online promotional activities to increase brand exposure and sales conversion rates.
- Customer Service and Management:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints to improve customer satisfaction.
- Logistics and Inventory Management:
- Coordinate logistics and warehousing to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and online sales.
- Experience in analyzing sales data and customer behavior.
- Strong understanding of major Indonesian e-commerce platforms and their features.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Ability to analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platform tools and analytics.
- Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management software
