Requirements:

• Skilled in tree trimming, plant pruning, and general landscaping tasks.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, soil care, and pest management is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance schedules and outdoor maintenance best practices.
• Practical problem-solving skills, with hands-on expertise beyond theoretical knowledge.
• Basic mechanical repair skills for landscaping tools and equipment.
• Familiar with maintenance management software for scheduling and inventory tracking.
• Physically fit to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or leading a team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily maintenance operations, focusing on landscaping and outdoor facilities.
• Operate and maintain lawnmowers, trimmers, and other landscaping equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform tree trimming, plant pruning, and general landscaping tasks to maintain the aesthetic quality of the property.
• Inspect and troubleshoot irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality and efficient water usage.
• Develop and implement equipment maintenance schedules and repair plans.
• Address and resolve practical field challenges, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Conduct basic mechanical repairs for landscaping tools and equipment as needed.
• Monitor outdoor areas for pest management, soil care, and overall health of the landscape.
• Utilise maintenance management software to schedule tasks, track inventory, and maintain records.
• Supervise and train team members, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards in all maintenance activities.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to meet property maintenance goals.
