Here at Synergy we are looking for an a PE Teacher who has a real passion to teach great physical education skills and preparation and safety. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs.
• Educate students on various subjects, ensuring comprehension through innovative teaching methods.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Provide mentoring and support to students, encouraging their academic and personal growth.
• Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Facilitate laboratory sessions, ensuring safety protocols are followed while engaging students in scientific inquiry.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on educational best practices.

Skills

• Strong ability to educate and communicate complex concepts clearly to students of varying abilities.
• Proficiency in proofreading educational materials for accuracy and clarity.
• Experience or knowledge in special education practices is advantageous.
• Demonstrated skills in behavior management to create a conducive learning environment.
• Mentoring experience that supports student engagement and motivation.
• Familiarity with practical procedures, particularly in Physical Education.
• A background in scientific research is beneficial for enriching the curriculum with real-world applications.
