Synergy Care and Education are looking to recruit a Secondary Supply teacher to support a stunning school in and around Plymouth (Devon)
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Supply Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, including those with special education needs.
Responsibilities:

• Educate and inspire students through effective teaching methods
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Provide individualized attention and support to students
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Utilize creative approaches to engage students in the learning process

Experience:

• Previous experience working with children
• Experience in special education or working with individuals with autism is a plus
• Strong communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to mentor and tutor students effectively
