Synergy Education are recruiting a PHSE Teacher to start after October half term.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, developing engaging lesson plans, and facilitating the academic growth of students. This role requires a commitment to educational excellence and the ability to inspire students to reach their full potential.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
• Create a stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through regular testing, assignments, and feedback.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student performance and behaviour.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.
• Uphold school policies and procedures while promoting a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field; teaching certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating independence when necessary.
• Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes is advantageous.
• Previous teaching experience is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for teaching is essential.
