As a Senior Emergency Department Nurse, you will work in a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment, delivering life-saving care and helping to shape the future of healthcare in the region.
What You’ll Do

Provide advanced emergency nursing care, including triage, stabilisation, and ongoing treatment.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalised care plans for patients.
Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional growth and excellence.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and participate in governance activities.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license; eligibility to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in emergency nursing; demonstrated ability to manage complex cases.
Skills: Leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Commitment: Dedication to clinical excellence and a passion for patient care.
