The Role
As Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be a driving force in ensuring the highest standards of healthcare delivery, safety, and compliance. Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams, you will:

• Develop and implement quality and compliance strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics to foster continuous improvement.
• Lead internal audits and prepare the organisation for regulatory accreditations.
• Shape a culture of excellence and accountability across all levels of the organisation.

What You’ll Do

• Leadership: Champion patient safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strategic Development: Use data insights to inform quality improvement programs.
• Governance: Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare standards.
• Training: Mentor staff on quality standards and compliance best practices.
• Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across clinical and administrative teams, as well as external auditors.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (preferred).

Experience:

• 5+ years in a healthcare leadership role, managing quality improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with international accreditation processes (e.g., JCI or CQC).

Skills:

• Strong leadership, data analysis, and project management capabilities.
• Proven ability to engage and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
