Working Hours： five-day workweek
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company's products in Abuja, Kano and other cities of after-sales technical service and product maintenance services；
2. Responsible for the installation, commissioning and demonstration of the company's products in Abuja, Kano and other cities pre-sales technical support；
3. Responsible for pre-sales technical performance explanation and customer technical exchange of the company's products in Abuja, Kano and other cities；
4. Responsible for product technical training (including product installation and after-sales maintenance service) and technical guidance to dealers, agents and installers；
5. Participate in the marketing activities of the company's products in Abuja, Kano and other cities; Provide technical performance explanation and technical support for the company's overseas market activities；
6. Participated in the bidding work of the company's overseas energy storage projects and the customer maintenance work of the company's important customers；
7. Other temporary tasks in companies。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or master degree, major in mechanical and electrical engineering is preferred;
At least 3 years working experience；
2. At least 3 years experience in technical support or after-sales service of energy storage products (especially lithium battery products);Knowledge of home storage unit products, energy storage systems or lithium batteries, inverters, UPS and ability to solve installation and maintenance problems，Familiar with common electron mechanical equipment and energy storage system application knowledge；
3. Good expression, communication, explanation and other pre-sales ability；
4. Proficient in office software and instant communication apps such as Whatsapp；
5. Good research spirit and strong learning ability,and good team player。
6. Abide by the company's management rules and regulations, dedication, have team spirit。
