Join us as a Medical Records Manager and play a critical role in establishing a robust medical records system that supports cutting-edge patient care.
What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the Medical Records Department to ensure patient information is accurate, secure, and accessible.
• Develop and implement policies for efficient recordkeeping, data confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with IT, medical, and facilities teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a dynamic team of medical record professionals.
• Stay ahead of industry best practices and regulations to maintain excellence in medical record management.

What You’ll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Medical Records Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in medical records management, with expertise in EHR systems and medical coding standards (e.g., ICD10, CPT).
• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical records software.
• Personal Attributes: Organised, proactive, and adaptable with a commitment to upholding confidentiality and delivering quality patient care.
