Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus, capable of driving HR initiatives that align with our company's overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support the company's business goals.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Analyze workforce trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and terminations.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, bonus plans, and benefits enrollment.
- Conduct regular salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitiveness.
- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
- Develop and implement effective talent retention strategies.
- Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Oversee employee development initiatives, including mentoring and coaching.
- Manage HR systems and processes, including HRIS, payroll, and time and attendance.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
