About the Role
As a Consultant Gynaecologist/Colonoscopy Surgeon, you will lead the charge in providing expert care in diagnosing, managing, and treating a range of gynaecological conditions, with a focus on cervical pathologies. Your role will involve advanced surgeries, leadership in multidisciplinary teams, and driving improvements in women’s health.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced gynaecological and colposcopy procedures, including surgical interventions.
• Lead and mentor medical staff, fostering excellence in clinical practice.
• Develop cervical screening strategies and innovative care pathways.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Drive clinical governance, ensuring compliance with best practices.

What We are Looking For
Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent).
• Registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria or eligibility for registration.
• Fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with specialized training in Gynaecological Surgery.

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5–7 years of post-fellowship experience in gynaecology and colposcopy.
• Expertise in laparoscopic and robotic-assisted procedures.
• Leadership skills with experience in team management and quality improvement.
