Your Role:
As Consultant Anaesthetist, you’ll:

• Deliver safe, effective anaesthesia for complex cardiovascular procedures.
• Lead pre-operative assessments, intraoperative monitoring, and post-operative care.
• Mentor junior anaesthesia staff and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
• Collaborate with an expert surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent).
• Fellowship or board certification in Anaesthesia.
• Active license to practice in Nigeria.

Experience:

• 5+ years of anaesthesia expertise, especially in cardiovascular surgeries.
• Proven ability to manage high-pressure surgical environments.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration abilities.
• Cultural sensitivity to serve Nigeria’s diverse patient population.
