The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Business Manager to lead the operational and strategic management of our Oncology and Haematology services. This is a critical leadership role within our organisation, offering the chance to influence and shape healthcare outcomes on a regional scale.

What You’ll Do
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business plans aligned with organisational goals.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor teams to deliver operational and financial excellence.
- Performance Management: Oversee budgets, analyse service performance, and implement process improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clinical teams, external partners, and leadership to deliver outstanding care.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and lead quality improvement initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role within healthcare, ideally in Oncology or Haematology.
- Skills: Strategic thinker, strong communicator, and a proven leader in driving operational efficiency and team performance.
- Attributes: Organised, proactive, and adaptable to working in a diverse cultural setting.
