Roles and responsibilities

• Play a vital role in shaping LTP/Strategic plan (3-5rs) for the market/functional area.
• Partnering with market and delivering teams to deliver the value committed through multiple programs and solutions.
• Problem definition and framing to deliver tangible outcomes.
• Setting up and leading value governance.
• Effectively managing escalations by engaging and jointly collaborating with market and delivery teams.
• Drive culture change in the market – Analytics upskill.
• Working closely and influence key stakeholders to drive business change initiatives.
• Be the ambassador for the EA team in market.
• Identify key stakeholders and build strong trust-based relationships.

You will be great in this role if you have:

• University degree in a field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in analytics, data science, or related fields with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Fluent in English at a C2 level (Proficient User).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Strong ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
• Proven track record in a market/business-facing leadership role within the analytics domain.
• Extensive experience in leading large-scale AI transformation
• Hands-on experience in AI and ML applications
