About the job
The primary purpose of this position is to plan and coordinate all marketing and sales activities.
Lead the Sales Teams of 3 to grow profit and volumes. Focus on Airfreight, Seafreight and Roadfreight.
Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing), negotiate new projects and contract terms.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Monitor sales and servicing metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
About you
At least 5 years of sales experience within Air, Sea Forwarding.
Minimum 4 years of sales management/leadership position.
Business fluent in English.
IT literacy.
Knowledge about the market and freight forwarding industry.
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
Knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budget processes.
Excellent organization and leadership skills.
Customer focused with proactive attitude.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
