The Role
As the Systems Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our digital journey, revolutionizing the way our client operates. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge digital strategies to streamline our operations, elevate customer experiences, and drive significant business improvements.
● Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with the
organisation's overall goals.
● Leverage data analytics and visualization tools like Power BI to uncover valuable insights, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven decisions
● Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of new
digital technologies.
● Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement, challenge the status quo, and implement innovative solutions.
● Enhance customer experiences through the use of digital channels and technologies.
● Stay updated on industry developments and trends to ensure the organization remains
competitive.
The Person
To be considered for this position applicants must fully demonstrate the following:
● Digital Expertise: A strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and data analytics.
● Proven Experience: A Degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field or a Track record of success in digital transformation or project management within the transport and logistics industry.
● Analytical Skills: A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyze complex data to extract meaningful insights. Applicants must have a strong working knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
● Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
● Passion for Innovation: A drive to embrace new technologies and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
