Position: Solicitor
Location: New Branch Office in Enfield – Town
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break) – Full-time
Job Description:
A Lexcel Standard law firm with a strong reputation both locally and nationally for over a decade is seeking a dedicated Solicitor to join our team.
Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years PQE in a supervisory role within Conveyancing, Litigation, and Family Law
• Own caseload/following is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and compliance with Lexcel Standards
• Proficiency in office software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a caseload in conveyancing, litigation, and family law
• Offer expert legal advice while maintaining high standards of client care
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Lexcel Standards
• Build and sustain client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing queries promptly
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment
• Contribute to the growth and success of the new branch

Compensation:
The compensation package is negotiable, based on the candidate’s PQE, current caseload, and client following.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
