Service Administrator
My client is a successful machinery dealership based in Belfast. They are seeking to recruit a Service Administrator. To be suitable you need to have at least 1 year’s office based administration experience in recent years. On offer is a salary of £24,000 - £30,000 on a Monday to Friday basis with no weekend work.
Role - Service Administrator
· General data input onto the manufacturers system
· Process warranty claims and customer invoices
· Provide reports and relevant data to support manufacturer warranty claims
· Maintain all records as required by suppliers including photos, failed parts, reports etc
