We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Receptionist to join our Front Office team. In this role you will be a fundamental member of the front office team in the hotel, working with the Front Office, Kitchen, Bars, Room Service and Security to ensure our guests feel cared for during the night.
As Receptionist you will:
*Joining bonus only applicable if employee passes three months probation and are not on their leave of notice – terms and conditions apply.*

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and service-oriented Receptionist to join our Front Office team. - Be our guests’ main point of contact
- Be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Process payments
- Respond to guest requests and queries
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
