Dentawayz is recruiting a passionate Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join a supportive, small and established team at one of our client's practices.
What you'll do:

• Be the welcoming face of the practice, greeting patients and visitors with a warm smile.
• Coordinate the appointment schedule like a pro, ensuring a smooth flow for everyone.
• Answer patient inquiries with confidence, providing clear information about our dental services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
• Assist with patient registration and billing processes.
• Work alongside the dentist, providing chairside assistance.
• Master the art of dental practice management software (SOE), making it your digital sidekick.

What you bring:

• Experience as a Dental Nurse/Receptionist
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Registration with the GDC is a must
• Confidence with IT systems and dental practice software.
• A friendly personality and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
