Would you like to join us as the Practice Manager of our state of the art new practice in Southampton?
Our Practice Managers are valued in the company and are responsible for the clinical compliance, the resourcing of the practice and the delivery of NHS and private dental services.
We invest in our management team. Full training is provided, and we have regional monthly meetings with all the Practice Managers as well as quarterly Practice Manager meetings across the company to share strategies for success, complete training and most importantly award our Practice Manager of the quarter award!
Location: Unit 10-11 & 13-14 Centenary Plaza, Woolston, Southampton, SO19 9UL

· 9 Surgeries split across 2 neighbouring sites
· Very busy mixed practice offering both NHS and Private dental care.

· Large practice located over one floor with great breakout area and a large, dedicated management office and Treatment Coordination suite.
· Fully computerised with Dentally, digital x-rays, digital scanners, and Microsoft teams
What are we looking for?
· Experience of UK dental practice management is essential
· Experience of a leadership role within Dentistry is preferred
· People management experience and knowledge of HR processes
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
Job Type:
Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as required)
Ability to commute/relocate: Unit 10-11 & 13-14 Centenary Plaza, Woolston, Southampton, SO19 9UL.
Salary: £38k plus depending on experience
