Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Lead and inspire a team of dental professionals, fostering an efficient and motivated workplace.
• Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, reporting, and cost optimization.
• Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures.
• Handle human resources, from recruitment and training to performance reviews.
• Ensure the practice remains compliant with industry regulations and standards.
• Provide chair side support on an ad-hoc basis, demonstrating hands-on leadership.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a managerial role—dental practice experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong financial management skills with a business-minded approach.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Knowledge of human resources practices and employment regulations.
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Full-time (40 hours per week)

• Medical Practice Management: 2 years (required)
• Dental Practice Management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• GDC Licence (preferred)
