The Role:
As a Patient Coordinator, your mission is to transform lives by helping individuals regain their smiles. This role is all about connecting with prospective patients who have already expressed interest in our services—no cold calling required! You'll be responsible for:

• Building Relationships: Engage with potential patients over the phone, Whats App, and social media, providing them with information and support throughout their journey.
• Sales Excellence: Utilise your exceptional sales skills to guide potential patients through the enrolment process, ensuring they understand the benefits of our premium dental implant services.
• Admin Support: Handle administrative tasks related to patient enrolment, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• CRM Mastery: Utilise our CRM system to manage leads and track progress, making your workflow more effective.

Qualifications/Skills:
