The Role: As our new Creative Teacher you will deliver a range of vocational lessons. Lessons are taught both in small groups and on a one to one basis. You will be teaching in our Hubs, specially designed learning spaces, with a range of modern facilities, alongside a team of passionate teaching staff, benefitting from our friendly and supportive culture. We work with students of all ages and abilities, so being adaptable and dynamic is a must. This role is perfect for someone with creative flair and the ability to bring lessons alive in original and exciting ways.

- An honours degree or equivalent professional qualification (QTS is not essential).
- Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
- An A-Level (or equivalent) in Art, Design or a Creative subject.
- The ability to teach confidently and creatively up to KS4 level.
- Experience of working in a creative education environment
- Experience of working in a charity
- From £28,241.29 FTE per annum
- Induction Day: One full day (9:00 am – 3:45 pm).
- Induction Training Sessions: Five Tuesday afternoons (4:30 – 6:00 pm).
- Ongoing Professional Development: Weekly sessions on Thursday afternoons (4:30 – 6:00 pm).
